SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide, and here's the best bit... it's 100% free no matter where you live! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:
● Domestic 7-30 Business Days
● International 🌎 12-35 Business Days
When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods:
Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.
🚚 Standard Shipping - Once processed your order will be delivered within 10-20 business days.
Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned to Sender for Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend double-checking the address details before finalizing your order to avoid any inconvenience. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may have the option to reship the order at their expense. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance in such cases.
Additionally, returned or refunded items will entail a restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returned items and returning them to inventory. Please note that the restocking fee may vary depending on the nature of the product and the reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with further details regarding the restocking fee when processing your return request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please note that digital upsells, such as additional digital content or services, are nonrefundable (i.e. shipping and shipping protection and priority shipping. Once purchased, these digital products are considered final and cannot be returned for a refund. We encourage customers to review all digital upsell options carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital upsell, please contact our customer service team for assistance prior to making your purchase. We are here to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and services.
Customers are responsible for the condition of the product upon return. If a product has been opened, used, or worn, it will not be eligible for return. Additionally, the original tag must remain attached to the product. We kindly ask that customers ensure products remain in their original, unused condition with all tags intact. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our products and ensures fairness to all customers. Refunds are not granted solely on the basis of a parcel not arriving before a specific desired date or holiday. While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any desired delivery dates or holidays to allow for any potential delays.
